How do I start my journey with Sante Privee?

Just contact us via WhatsApp or fill out our online form. Our team reviews your case and starts a free online assessment.

Yes. Photo review, doctor comments and basic suitability assessment are all free of charge.

Yes. We work with many revision cases. Our surgeons review your previous surgery details and current situation before creating a new plan.

Medical Details & Pre‑Operative Preparation

Your safety comes first. Doctors need your medical history to evaluate risks and choose the safest treatment plan.

Use natural light, no filters and no heavy make-up. Take front, right, left and 45° angle photos. For face procedures, tie your hair back; for body procedures, stand straight with the full area visible.

Your surgeon and coordinator send you a personalised checklist. It may include stopping certain medications, avoiding alcohol and smoking, and following specific diet or test instructions.

In most cases, surgery can be scheduled within about 7–10 days, depending on your medical evaluation and the surgeon’s availability.

Treatment Plan & Costs

Our surgeons review your photos, medical history and expectations, then prepare a personalised treatment plan and suggested travel dates.

The price depends on the surgeon’s plan, the technique used, type of anaesthesia, surgery duration and whether any combined procedures are needed.

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers and cash payments.

Most cosmetic procedures are not covered by international insurance. However, we provide detailed invoices so you can check possible partial reimbursement with your own provider.

Support, Coordination & Process Management

A dedicated multilingual patient coordinator is assigned to you. They manage all steps from the first contact until the end of your recovery.

You will mostly speak with your patient coordinator and, when needed, with our medical assistants and travel support team.

Yes. We keep in touch with you regularly for at least several months to monitor your recovery and answer questions.

Travel & Accommodation

Your private driver greets you at the airport with your name and takes you directly to your hotel.

Yes. We organise your stay in our selected 4–5 star partner hotels close to the hospital.

Yes. We recommend it. We can arrange the same room or an additional room for your companion.

Depending on the procedure, we usually recommend a stay of 5–12 days, including recovery and check-ups.

Clinic, Safety & Doctors

Yes. All procedures are performed in internationally accredited hospitals that follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.

We work with board‑certified surgeons who are experienced in their fields and perform these procedures regularly for international patients.

Our team speaks English, Russian, French and Turkish.

Aftercare, Complications & Privacy

Your coordinator is available 24/7. If needed, a nurse can visit you at the hotel to check your condition and dressings.

Two days after surgery, you usually have a check‑up with your doctor. Aftercare kits (including medication and, when needed, a medical corset), possible nurse visits and scheduled online follow‑up calls are all part of your care.

We continue to support you via online consultations. Your surgeon and coordinator guide you step by step. In addition, complication insurance can be arranged for extra security, depending on your package.

Absolutely. Confidentiality and discretion are central to Sante Privee’s values. Your personal and medical information is never shared without your consent.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Other Questions

If you need to change your treatment dates, please inform us at least 10 days in advance. In case of cancellation after paying the deposit, half of the 30% deposit is kept to cover hotel and transfer reservations, and the remaining half is refunded.

Yes. We will do our best to reschedule your surgery to suitable dates, depending on the surgeon’s availability.

We typically use VIP Mercedes Vito or similar upper‑class vehicles for comfortable airport and hospital transfers.

Extra Premium Questions

Yes. If you wish, we can arrange an online video consultation with your surgeon so you can ask questions and feel fully comfortable before making a decision.

Yes. Your surgeon will recommend suitable, well‑known brands based on your body type and goals, and you can discuss the final choice together.

In most cases, functional issues such as a deviated septum can be treated at the same time as cosmetic rhinoplasty, in a single operation.

Your surgeon checks whether you have enough fat for transfer. If not, they may suggest alternative shaping methods or a different treatment plan.

In many cases, we can combine consultation, 3D scans, planning and temporary smile designs in a short time frame, then complete the final work within your stay.

Yes. Our private patient rooms are designed to accommodate a companion when allowed by hospital policy and your medical condition.

In most cases, the minimum age is 18. In special medical situations, surgery may be considered with medical justification and, where required, family consent.

This depends on your medical evaluation. Our surgeons review your reports and may request extra tests. If it is safe, surgery can be planned with appropriate precautions.

All surgeries leave some form of scar, but our surgeons use techniques that aim to keep them as minimal and discreet as possible. You’ll receive a personalised scar‑care plan.
